ビンテージを集めて、パターン研究。
肩に縫い目がない。
肩先にはちょっとした出っ張り。

この形、実はバランスが難しい。

肩に傾斜がないから生地が余る。
その余りが脇に向かって垂れる。

垂れすぎてもダメ。
タイトすぎてもダメ。

サンプルは4回作り直し。

首の位置も少し前へ調整。
本番と同じ生地、同じ工場で何度もテスト。

その結果、
ビンテージの雰囲気だけ残して
着心地はかなり自然。

素材は16番単糸天竺。
少しねじれる感じも、いい雰囲気。

古いフットボールTの感じを

うまく今に持ってきた一枚。

Inspired by vintage football T-shirts.

The shoulder has no seam,
with a small bump at the shoulder edge
and a slightly lowered sleeve head.

This unique construction makes the pattern difficult.
WORKERS remade the sample four times
to achieve the right balance.

Without a shoulder seam, fabric naturally drapes
from the shoulder toward the underarm.

Too much drape feels sloppy.
Too little feels tight.

After repeated testing with the final fabric
and the actual sewing factory,
the result keeps the vintage look
while staying comfortable to wear.

Fabric: 16-count single yarn jersey.
The slight twist in the fabric
gives the classic vintage T-shirt character.
